TK-8 Foundations

Mental skills training isn't just for the pros. For younger athletes, it starts with building a playful, resilient mindset. I help kids understand their emotions, find their focus, and learn that every body belongs on the field.

Through my work with Queers and Allies Fitness, I offer mental performance coaching tailored to the experiences of LGBTQ+ athletes.
